The Gallery – My Photography Resolution

This week the theme on The Gallery is to make a photographic resolution (and stick to it).

The chances of me ending up in front of the camera are slim – although there are a few rare ones.  However, as the children both now have cameras they spend ages taking pics of me and I’m sure there’ll be a few on there that actually contain my entire face – one day.

I’m intending to improve my photographic skills (I keep missing the offers on Groupon but I will do it!) and the first challenge is to learn what all the buttons and menus do on my new camera.

The one I’m up for though, seriously up for, is photographing the details.  And on that note, I offer this:

  1. That is a great resolution, you can get some really interesting shots by looking at the details rather than grand landscapes etc.

  2. Fantastic photo, I love it! Looking forward to seeing more.

  3. Wow great photo and a good idea! Your I spy entries will become even more interesting then!

  4. NIce shot! Would never have thought of capturing that.

  5. I have just licked the laptop screen. Innit.

  6. Oooh, yum! I love a bit of macro indulgence. Nothing like it. And cake. Mmmm, mmm, mmm.

  7. Great shot! Very creative. Hope you were making something tasty too!
