All we can do is take one day and one step at a time. We’d love to hear what positive things you are doing today
Now it may have been noted over this weekend that I had decided that I wasn’t going to write anymore on Mental Health for a while. Writing Glittering Images opened up all sorts of thoughts and feelings that were probably safely compartmentalised in my head. Putting them into a post made me feel horribly vulnerable and combined with the expectations of Christmas (and the Cheetah Keeper displaying some truly hideous behaviour due to changes in routine, too many people and generally things being different) it has made the festive period well, less than jolly.
On the positive though, I am trying my absolute hardest to find something beautiful in every day and, if I can take a photograph of it. I’m not going to do a 366 project (sorry, can’t take the pressure) but if I can find something beautiful (in whatever sense) I’ll try and post it. So the weather today has been truly vile but as the sun clambered out and shone (albeit briefly) over the naked branches casting an orangey pinky glow above the spray and puddles, that made it onto my ‘beautiful’ list for today. As I was driving, no photo, but I did find this to snap:
What have you seen that’s beautiful today?
